Located in Swiss Cottage, London and with a fully committed team of management surveyors and accountants, we have built a reputation for providing a professional, caring and efficient management service with developers, landlords, resident management companies and individual residents alike.

We have been involved in negotiating the purchase of many freeholds on behalf of residents' associations, continuing act managing agents and as company secretary to the new management company and assisting the directors in the efficient formulation of management policies.

We play an important management role for both property developers and builders who have retained our services to advise them before, during and after construction of a number of residential developments.
